Wednesday Weigh In


It's Wednesday which means that I weighed myself today. I gained one pound.  Ugh.  I don't even know what to do at this point. 

I thought for sure that I would at least be at the same weight as last week.  I don't know what I am doing wrong. 

I think that I need a coach to tell me what to do.  You know, the kind of person who will yell at me and count my calories.  Maybe someone else will notice what I'm doing wrong.  I eat healthy and exercise regularly.  I'm at a total loss.

Weight to lose- 92 pounds
Weight lost- 8 pounds
