Wednesday Weigh In


Today I weighed in and I was half a pound less than last week!  It’s a small victory, but it makes me feel a little better.  Unfortunately, I have been working out (that Killer Kardio lives up to its name) so much that I can barely move, but it was that half pound.  I wish it was more, but I’ll take it. 

Hopefully, this will be a good start to lose more weight.  I guess we will know next week. 

Pounds lost: 7.5

Pounds to lose: 92.5
