Wednesday Weigh In

Today is another weigh in.  I gained another pound.  I don' t know what I'm doing wrong.  I have started doing Weight Watchers and I gained one pound.  Ugh. 

I always have such bad luck with Weight Watchers, but my doctor recommended that I try it.  I'm giving it another week before I quit.  I'm counting my points closely and trying to make healthy choices, but it's just too much food.  Everything I have read is that you should try and eat your points, but I'm going to have to cut my points by about 5 because that's all I can eat.

I've been working out like usual, so I'm sure that it is my diet.
