Turbo Fire Day 1

My friend is losing weight like crazy.  I'm so jealous, so I asked her to write down what she is doing.  She gave me a hug list.  It was mostly different types of crunchs, but at the top of that list was Turbo Fire - a collection of dvds.  I don't usually like dvd workouts since they get repetitive, but I'm going to give it a try.  My friend borrowed me one of her sets (She has two sets of Turbo Fire?!?  Weird, I know). 

So, today I did my first workout and I liked it.  It was intense, but I didn't feel exhausted afterwards.  I think I can do this for a while. 

My friend said that she lost 14 pound in the first two weeks.  I would love to have those kinds of results. 

We will see.
