Wednesday Weigh In

Today I weighed in. After weeks of weight gain, the flu, and medicine, I have finally lost weight.  I lost an entire pound.  It isn't much, but it's a start. 

I have been running and using resistance bands. I have been doing burpees (which suck, but are a good work out) a lot.

Weight lost: 7
Weight to lose: 93
