I know that today is not Wednesday, but I was too lazy to type yesterday. Here's my Thursday Weigh In.
I didn't weigh myself this week. I've been doing so good with my running and stuff that I didn't want to ruin my progress with a bad weigh in. I've only been training for the marathon for a week and I didn't want to be deterred by the number on the scale.
I don't know if I will weigh myself until October. I think I want to focus on running and getting better at it without worrying about my weight.
