Wednesday Weigh In

Another week has passed by and I still weigh the some.  This is starting to get repetitive.  I have worked out so much this week that my muscles are extremely sore.  You would think that I would see a difference on the scale, but I'm not.  I hae noticed that my double chin is smaller, but that isn't much of a difference. 

In other news, I have started running again.  I had forgotten how much I love it.  My body feels so good after a run.  I'm not running fast or far.  I run a little over a mile (around my block twice).  I'm trying to do it 3-4 times a week, but we've had a lot of snow and ice.  I don't want to hurt myself running on ice. 

Are there any exercises that are good substitutes for running when I can't run outside?
