New Workout

I have been doing this new workout since Wednesday.  It's a Ballet Boot Camp Barre Workout.  It takes about 30 minutes and the exercises are pretty simple to do.

So far, I really like this workout.  I have lost one pounds since Wednesday and I owe it all to this. 

Seriosuly check it out.  It's a 25 day workout and you can lose up to 3.5 pounds a week.
