Goodbye Love Handles

Do you think this will work?  I need to work out my oblique muscles.   The rest of my body is slimming down, but my love handles are still in tact.  I'm going to try it this morning.  Hopefully, I'll like it.

This workout supposedly burns 100 calories.  It only takes 9 minutes.  I tried it and it's pretty easy.
